These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and phingo ("phingo", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phingo.club and all associated mobile-optimised pages and subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account on phingo and participate in any real-money gaming activity. Age Verification. phingo reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any User at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, an SSS or GSIS card, a Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card, a driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office, or any other government-issued photo ID confirming date of birth.
Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. phingo does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. Access to phingo from outside the Philippines is not warranted and may be restricted.
One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one phingo account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Accurate Information. When registering a phingo account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any details change.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phingo login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phingo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phingo will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Non-Transferability. phingo accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any funds or bonuses therein to any other person.
Supported Methods. phingo processes all financial transactions in Philippine Pesos (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, major credit and debit cards, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, and USDT cryptocurrency.
Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your phingo account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change at phingo's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
Withdrawal Processing. phingo targets withdrawal processing times of thirty (30) minutes or less for GCash and PayMaya transactions during normal operational hours. Bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days. phingo reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawal Eligibility. Funds deposited but subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those wagering requirements are fully met, as detailed in Section 5.
phingo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Users. All phingo promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods.
Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
Abuse. phingo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, if it determines in its sole discretion that a User has attempted to abuse or exploit any promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear bonuses, or collusion with other Users.
All games available on the phingo Platform operate under published rules, which are accessible within each individual game interface. For live dealer games, the physical rules of the relevant table game apply as conducted by the dealer on camera. For RNG-based slots and table games, certified random number generation software determines all outcomes.
Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a gaming session, phingo will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state from server logs. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, phingo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the User's account.
Jackpot Wins. Large jackpot wins may be subject to verification review before being credited. phingo reserves the right to withhold payment pending such verification and to void winnings where there is reasonable evidence of foul play, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
Users of phingo are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
Breach of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
All content on the phingo Platform, including but not limited to the phingo brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the property of phingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, phingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, interruption, or circumstances beyond phingo's control.
phingo's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, phingo reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not due to User breach, phingo will return verified, non-bonus balance funds to the User via their registered payment method.
phingo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the email address or mobile number registered on their phingo account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phingo's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
